Experienced Sitter, Foster & Adoption Volunteer

I have been working part-time as a pet sitter since 2022 and have really enjoyed working with my kitty clients the most, so I am excited to join Tabby Manor where pet care is focused specifically around cats. I’m comfortable administering medications and tailoring care to suit every cat’s unique needs.

In addition to pet sitting, I’ve also been volunteering with Smittens Cat Rescue since June 2024. I work in facilitating adoptions and helping cats find their furever homes. This experience has really deepened my passion for feline care. My favorite part about successfully homing a cat is getting an update from the adopters and seeing how happy the cat is once it has settled in. It is so rewarding knowing I had a part in improving the lives of these kitties and seeing the joy they bring to their new families.

I currently have two kitties at home. Zora is my foster fail and  is such a love bug. She loves making biscuits and getting chin scratches. She also loves butt taps; she always raises her butt for more. I am also fostering Zora’s daughter Patch. My sister will be officially adopting Patch soon. Patch loves attention and will just sit wherever you are. She loves to play and loves her wet food, as most young kitties do. 

I take pride in understanding cat body language and creating a personalized, loving environment for each kitty. Every cat is different and there is no one size fits all approach to taking care of cats. I’ve worked with aggressive, shy, friendly, and playful cats. Cats love me because I listen to their cues and provide them with all the support and love they need. I ensure the cats in my care lead healthy and happy lives. I make sure to check all the boxes and follow care instructions closely, not only to give pet parents peace of mind, but also to provide service that I am proud of.
