I have been a cat lover for 22 years. I’ve been kitty sitting privately for about 10 years, but am excited to be a part of Team Tabby so I can help care for more purrbabies. I love cats for their spirit, curiosity, intelligence, individuality, funny quirks, beauty, grace and empathy. I find spending time with them so fun and loving. I also really enjoy getting to know each of their purrsonalities and tailoring interactions to meet their specific needs. I love discovering their little quirks and preferences, developing a trusting and loving bond, and finding ways to stimulate and satisfy them. I have a special fondness for wild kitties.

My experience caring for my soulkitty Rosie (Tuxedo) as she aged, in addition to caring for other kitties over the years, has helped me become proficient in administering an assortment of different medications and home care, including subcutaneous fluid administrations. I have kitty sat for  special needs kitties such as cats with chronic illnesses, acute infections and kidney disease, so I am familiar with many common conditions and confident and comfortable in caring for kitties who need a little extra TLC. I have a special place in my heart for our senior felines and strive to help them live their golden years in comfort and surrounded with love.

I’m very attentive and patient, paying close attention to animal behavior and communication. I’m excellent at noticing patterns and recognizing when something is off. I’ve been a lifelong animal lover and honor the Wild Spirit of all creatures. I feel deeply honored by the trust and affection animals show me. I consider myself an armchair animal behaviorist of all sorts, and I’m especially good with fearful horses, dogs, and cats. I love making them feel seen, safe, and comfortable, knowing when not to push and always respecting their boundaries. 

I am highly proactive and excel in communication, tracking, and documentation so you can always expect detailed reports from my visits with your beloved cats while they’re in my care. I strive to give my clients a sense of security and comfort, knowing that their beloved pets are watched over and well cared for, so they can fully enjoy their time away.
